Formidable and Microsoft Outlook
Does Formidable integrate with Microsoft Outlook? It's on our roadmap. Microsoft Outlook isn't built as an integration, and nor is Microsoft Bookings. The agent books through Cal.com, Calendly and HubSpot meetings, and Cal.com and Calendly both connect to Outlook calendars themselves, so a meeting booked through either can land there. Booking on Outlook or Bookings alone? Ask us what connecting it would involve; we go through your stack with you during setup.

What your team gets
- A conversation, not a form.
- Every lead who submits your sales form is qualified in a conversation on your site.
- The meeting.
- Good fits book with the right person through Cal.com, Calendly or HubSpot meetings, while they are still on your site.
- The qualification brief.
- Delivered to your team as briefing reports: what the lead said in their own words, the pain points they raised, and a Great, OK or Poor fit verdict.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't read or write your Outlook calendar.
- Formidable never connects to the calendar itself. Availability comes from your booking tool.
- No sign-in, no app to install.
- Formidable has no Microsoft Outlook sign-in, connect button or app for you to set up.
How it works, step by step
- A lead submits one of your sales forms.
- Formidable appears and qualifies them in a conversation, against your ideal customer profile.
- When the fit is there, it books the meeting through Cal.com, Calendly or HubSpot meetings, while the lead is still on your site.
- Your sales team gets the qualification brief, delivered as briefing reports.
- If your booking tool is connected to Outlook, that is where the meeting shows up.
When Formidable is not the right choice
Formidable is built for funnels where a good inbound lead should end in a sales conversation. If your motion is entirely self-serve, with no meeting to book, it has nothing to send your team. The same goes while your qualification criteria are still undefined, or when every lead deliberately gets the same next step. Define the journey first, then add tooling; once a booked meeting is the goal, come back.

More integrations
- HubSpotContacts, meetings and lead status land in your HubSpot. Book through HubSpot meeting links too.
- Cal.comThe agent books through your Cal.com event types - real availability, an open slot, booked in the conversation.
- CalendlyThe agent checks who is free in your Calendly and puts the meeting straight into the calendar.
- Google CalendarOn the roadmapCal.com and Calendly connect to Google Calendar themselves, and the agent books through both.
- Chili PiperOn the roadmapChili Piper routes and books inbound leads itself, so it overlaps with Formidable more than it plugs into it.
